As COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to spread, we want to reassure our clients that we are doing all we can to continue to provide the services they need in a timely and helpful way.
We have a plan in place to ensure we can continue to provide an excellent service while at the same time take a positive and careful approach to risk management both for our clients and staff.
Like most of the country we are monitoring the situation closely and following government, NHS and WHO advice. We have shared advice on infection prevention and self-isolation with colleagues.
For now, we continue to deliver most of our services as normal however this is an evolving situation and is being kept under review. It is highly likely that it will change as we go deeper into this current situation. Any changes we make will be to act in the best interests of our clients and colleagues.
We have put in place measures which allow our staff to work from home should they need to, or chose to, and particularly if they are required to self-isolate or stay away from the office on medical advice.
We understand that the virus is causing concern, anxiety and confusion. We would appreciate it if our clients would understand the requirement we have to adapt accordingly when measures outlined by the government escalate.
It is self-evident that if we can communicate with our clients by phone or email or skype rather than face to face then it is serving the best interests of all concerned including the wider community.
We wish all our clients and their families health and strength throughout this pandemic and their businesses the ability to navigate the challenging times ahead.
