As you would expect, during this unprecedented time and according to government guidance, the majority of our staff are working remotely from home.
We do however have the absolute minimum number of staff working from the office. This is their choice and we are grateful that they are enabling us to maintain our office presence albeit in greatly reduced numbers. Given the size and design of the property we occupy it is very easy and straightforward to have staff working in isolation.
Please note that unless it is utterly essential we intend that all client appointments be via a telephone call, email correspondence or where preferred, a facetime call.
We pride ourselves in being a ‘pop-in office’ however during this crisis we would very much appreciate that unless it is utterly and completely essential it would be best for all concerned if clients contact the office by phone or email.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we take these measures but stressing that we are very much ‘at work’ albeit in a much more creative location that what we are all used to.
Finally we are adjusting our office hours during this crisis. For the foreseeable future we will be open Monday – Friday from 9am to 3pm.
